🪄 EGYM Genius for Members: Intelligent training planning now out of your hands
After rolling out our latest software innovation, Genius, to trainers in the first gyms in Q3 2024, we’ve done more work in the past few weeks to make Genius directly accessible to your members. This means that members are now able to create a perfectly tailored training plan completely independently and without the support of your staff.
Other important Genius updates:
- EGYM Genius available as a separate app add-on module: This allows us to seamlessly integrate Genius into your existing (external) mobile app, even if it is not provided by EGYM. This way, we have made it as easy as possible for your gym to access our AI technology. The hardware requirements for using Genius remain the same.

🖥️ Fitness Hub: Automatic Hub Reservation during body measurement on a cloud-connected body scale
We have integrated a new lock screen into the Fitness Hub that activates when the member moves away from the device during smart onboarding to perform body measurement on a compatible measuring scale. This ensures that the onboarding process is not interrupted during body measurement on a measurement scale connected via the cloud, and that the member can complete the onboarding process on the Fitness Hub without interruption after body measurement.
📱 Branded Member App: More booking options for your members
The Branded Member app has received two exciting new features:
Easy booking of extra services: Members can now conveniently book additional services such as parking or towels via the app - in combination with a Magicline integration. This makes it even easier to generate additional revenue for the gym without increased staff.
Improved presentation of the offer area: The “Deals” area has been optimized visually and functionally to present your club offers to members in an even more appealing way. You can highlight specific club offers so they are shown to your members first when multiple offers are active.
🏃🏼♀️ Smart Cardio: Dynamic corridor adjustment in the new design
With the latest update for Smart Cardio, we improved the user experience during workouts. Dynamic corridor adjustments not only provide even more precise and effective training, but they also provide a more modern look and feel that is consistent with the user interface for Smart Strength.

Our partner ecosystem has been further expanded to offer you even more options to integrate devices:
New Partner Integrations:
- RP3 Rowing compatible with 3* Cardio Integration
Updated Partner Integrations:
- New compatible True Fitness models for 3* Cardio Integration
- BH Fitness compatible with 3* Cardio and Force Integration
The 3* Cardio Partner Integration allows your members to log on to your cardio devices smoothly via their EGYM ID and track their workouts in the mobile app.
