1. What are you currently working on?
I am the Managing Director of eGym in the United Kingdom. Having been the first eGymee in the UK I started the branch from scratch with the goal to exponentially grow the business in the beginning and make it profitable in 3-4 years. At the moment my team is entering the second growth stage after having established the foundation. Personally I am shifting my work from direct sales and operational support of the team to strategic topics to ensure a sustainable growth.

2. What was your most exciting project?
Well, I think the overall endeavor to start a branch in a new country is what excites me the most. Every day brings new challenges but with the backing of a fantastic product it is always rewarding to overcome them and see the business grow.
I especially appreciate that I had the chance to build up a team of great people who are as passionate as I am on this journey.

3. Describe the team you are working in with three words.
Passionate, hands-on, entrepreneurial, (Vollgas ;-))

4. What is special about your job at eGym?
What makes working for eGym absolutely special for me is that we are at the innovative forefront of a whole industry. Coming from the IT industry which is already in a later stage of the digital transformation process I know how rare and unique this position is. We have the opportunity to play a major role in shaping this transformation which only very few companies do. As a professor at the IESE recently said: “The place you want to be in is two steps ahead – so you see the future coming!” And that’s where eGym is at the moment.

5. How would you describe eGym in three words?

6. What is your favorite eGym event?
eGym is famous for its events so it is really hard to pick out one of them. But if I have to I would probably go for the summer event in 2016. Creating a whole fun park with the entire company and celebrating it afterwards really made the people bond and was great fun.


1. What are you currently working on?
I’m taking care of our future implementation and the process leading to those implementations. I also help our developers connecting to our most popular gym software.

2. What was your most exciting project?
Pretty much everything is exciting because it’s never the same. But the Mouratouglou implementation stood out.

3. Describe the team you are working in with three words.
Wonderful professional people.

4. What is special about your job at eGym?
The fun I have doing it.

5. How would you describe eGym in three words?
Innovative exciting adventure

6. What is your favorite eGym event?
The eGym NEXT (inhouse customer event) was really exciting.

1. What are you currently working on?
Establishing a comprehensive and standardized onboarding and sales training and coaching process for all of our sales reps nationally and internationally with the main goal of making sure that all of our sales reps are trained properly and have all the information, motivation and skills they need in order to sell our products successfully.

2. What are your daily tasks?
Working on everything in order to make the above mentioned goal happen: collect and prepare material and wordings, set up trainings, travel to our countries and figure out what the particular sales teams need, evaluate sales numbers and conversion rates, travel with our sales directors and visit sales events in order to improve my skills steadily etc etc.

3. How would you describe eGym in three words?

Diversified, innovative and fun

All day

5. What is special about your job at eGym?
I had the opportunity to not only develop my very own position and team from scratch, but also to support working on the entire eGym sales strategy.
