'Next Door by Just Fit' spends less than 10% of operational costs on staffing
In September 2022, the German industry icon Frank Boehme opened a new gym with an innovative concept: The "Next Door by Just Fit" operates largely (93% of the opening hours) without any staff. At the heart of the digitalised gym is the EGYM Ecosystem, which enables fast and effective training around the clock. The concept is so popular with members that the gym is profitable within four months of opening.

EGYM and Just Fit expand their partnership
From January 1st 2025, all 21 Just Fit clubs will join the EGYM Wellpass network. The fully digitised and autonomous Next Door clubs will follow in October 2025 – there are currently seven of these, with three more opening in the next four months. This will enable Wellpass members in the Cologne area to benefit from Just Fit's connected training solutions.
